Minarelli Tuning is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch privacy law.

Who we are
Minarelli Tuning is an independent online business based in the Netherlands. We design and sell 3D printed scooter parts for Minarelli engine-based scooters. You can contact us at info@minarellituning.com.

What personal data we collect and why
We collect personal data in the following situations:

Orders — When you place an order through our store, Ecwid collects your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information. This data is necessary to process your order, arrange shipping, and send order confirmation and tracking information. We retain this data for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law.

Contact form — When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message content. We use this to respond to your enquiry. We retain this data for up to 12 months.

Website analytics — We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymised data about your visit including pages viewed, time spent, and general location. This data is processed by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy. We only activate Google Analytics after you have given your consent via our cookie banner.

Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@minarellituning.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption for all data transfers.
